The Teenage Action Counsel is a youth led sub-committee of West Chester Communities That Care.

TAC's goals are:

To establish a group of young people in the West Chester Area School District community to advise the Community Members of West Chester CTC in their planning and decision making process.

To establish youth leadership to address community issues.

To involved youth in their community to affect their environment in a positive way.
